RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Faisal Latif, we value our customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase, to arrange a return and refund (must be done within 14 days of receiving the item(s))
If the items are retuned back with clear wear/tear, perfume, makeup/skincare residue we cannot issue a full refund, and a member of staff will assess the value to be deducted based on severity and dry cleaning costs the issue will incur. All garments are dealt with care. If the item is returned damage we reserve the right to refuse a refund and you will be given an option to collect or pay for the postage back to yourself.
If you do, however, receive items that are faulty then we ask that you please contact us as soon as you become aware of the fault or within 7 days of receiving your purchase, to arrange a return and refund.
If you use the items after finding a fault, we cannot issue a full refund.
Please note that the customer must pay for postage when returning items and ensure they request and retain the proof of postage. Once we receive the returned items, we will assess them.
We do not refund any special shipping services that customers have paid extra for, as that the amount paid by the customer is paid directly for the shipping service which was provided.
If you would like to exchange an item(s) purchased within 14 days of receiving the item(s) the item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition, in its original packaging, at the buyers expense. We will then inspect the item and issue a refund and you may then make a new order for the new size/item.
If the product has been returned in its original condition and is accepted for a refund we will then process the Refund. This may take up to 30 days depending on the nature of the return, the country the return is from and the customer’s payment method.
